Terms

Plain terms.

  • Supplier. Walkround is a trading name of DSS Services Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 16539278. Contact: daniel@vakkum.com. Registered office on every invoice once set up, and on request. English law; nothing here affects your statutory rights.
  • What you get. One unbroken 16:9 1080p MP4 animated from the listing photos you supply or link, with the label “AI-animated from the listing photos” on every frame, plus a YouTube-ready version on request. No 4K, no vertical cut, no portal upload, nothing filmed.
  • Price. Set by the free survey of the photos and confirmed to you before payment. Nothing is charged until you confirm. Plans renew monthly and can be cancelled any month; unused homes roll over one month.
  • Timing. Usually two working days; the date is confirmed before you pay. Free previews within five working days, subject to capacity. No turnaround is guaranteed.
  • Free previews. One per branch, watermarked, for evaluation only and not for publication. The paid flight is the clean render.
  • Your photos. You confirm you are licensed to use the listing photos for marketing that property. Keep the original photos on the listing and the label on the video; get the owner’s permission before publishing a video on a portal.
  • Who owns the video. Your photos stay yours. Once paid, you may use the video without time limit to market that property, vehicle or space: your own website, portals and adverts that accept video, and social channels. Do not resell it, remove the AI label or present it as filmed. We show a client’s video as an example only with their written permission. Free previews stay ours, for evaluation only.
  • If it is not right. One free re-fly of any flagged move. A full refund within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied, including if a portal rejects the video.
  • Refusal. We may decline a listing with too few photos or whose rooms do not connect, before payment.
  • VAT. Supplied from outside the UK. No VAT is added; a VAT-registered customer accounts for it under the reverse charge and the invoice says so. Prices shown to private individuals include any VAT due.
