Three ways a branch uses a flight: in the valuation proposal, on the listing, and in the marketing package at a price you set.
Send an example with the line “your home gets one of these”
The proposal email the trade already tells listers to send within 24 hours of a valuation. Vendors compare agents on effort and care at the valuation, and most marketing proposals look the same. A flight is a visible difference that costs less than one hour of a lister's time. The vendor's own home cannot be flown before instruction, because it is not a listing yet.
A video link next to the photos
Upload the MP4 to your own YouTube or Vimeo as unlisted, tick “altered or synthetic content”, keep the label in the title and description, and paste the link into the video field in Rightmove Plus or ZooplaPro. Get the owner's OK first (Rightmove para 11). The original photos stay on the listing.
Resell it, like a Premium Listing

Extras must be in the signed Terms of Business before the vendor commits (Estate Agents Act 1979 s.18; TPO code 5j and 5x), opt-in (5n) and VAT-inclusive (5k, 5l).

A lister's own commission on one more instruction is typically £400 to £800. A flight is £159, or £146.33 on the Branch plan. We quote no uplift figure for our own flights; the only video statistic we repeat is Rightmove's 2022 guide, about 8% more views and 6% more leads on sales listings with video (2021 data).
