How we use your details.

Who we are

DSS Services Ltd (company no. 16539278, registered in England and Wales), trading as Walkround, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: daniel@vakkum.com.

What we hold and why

• Business contact details (name, work email, branch, phone) from your public listing on Google, Rightmove, Zoopla or your website, or from a form on this site. Used to offer and deliver Walkround. Basis: legitimate interests (assessed and documented) for limited companies and LLPs; consent for anyone else.
• Listing links and photos you send us, used only to make your flight. Previews you did not ask for are deleted after 30 days unless you reply or order.
• Orders and invoices, kept for six years for tax.
• Private flight pages record that the page was viewed and played, with no cookies and no third-party trackers.

Sharing and transfers

Flights are rendered using cloud AI providers (fal.ai, OpenArt, Google) who receive the listing photos to process them. Payments are taken by Stripe. We are based in Thailand; UK GDPR still applies to our UK contacts and we honour it in full.

Your rights

Ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, by email. Reply “no thanks” to any email and you are suppressed within 15 minutes and never contacted again. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
